Refund and delivery policy

1. Digital Delivery
QuarterLens reports are digital research products. Delivery may be through email, download link, account access, or another digital channel shared at purchase.
2. Source Availability
If required public transcripts or filings are unavailable, we may flag coverage limitations before releasing the report.
3. Refund Eligibility
Once a custom report has been delivered, refunds are generally not available because the report is a digital research product. If we cannot deliver a requested report because source material is insufficient, we may offer a replacement company, credit, or refund.
4. Duplicate or Failed Payments
Duplicate payments or failed-payment debits will be reviewed and reversed where applicable through the payment provider.
